DN-HV500
DeviceNet Interface for High Tension System

The DN-HV500 is a compact low cost DeviceNet network interface to the High Tension System controller.  This module replaces expensive modular or rack I/O subsystems with a solution optimized for the Vishay system.

Features:

  • Fits directly into a 5mm wide slot in a VME style controller chassis
  • Modular backplane/cassette design allows for simple installation
  • Large 4-row, 3-digit display for setpoint and actual voltage and current on front panel
  • A complete backplane board with pluggable connectors for the HV cascade, DeviceNet, power and ground
  • Sensing and indication of loss of power
  • Ground terminal on backplane
  • DeviceNet protocol - Group2 Only Server, with Explicit and Polled I/O Messaging for PLC access to controller digital and analog signals
  • Standard DeviceNet Module Status and Network Status LEDs
  • DIP switch selectable DeviceNet data rate and address
  • Network configurable display update rate for display smoothing
